The following glossaries and dictionaries of education terms can be useful when translating, comparing and communicating about qualifications and education systems.
Nordic
- Nordlist – Inter-Nordic dictionary of education terms published by the Nordic Council of Ministers. Translates between Danish, Faroese, Finnish, Greenlandic, Icelandic, Norwegian and Swedish.
- Tvärslå – Inter-Nordic and English dictionary combining various dictionaries. Translates between Danish, English, Faroese, Finnish, Greenlandic, Icelandic, Norwegian (nynorsk and bokmål) and Swedish.
Swedish
- Svensk-engelsk ordbok – Swedish-English-Swedish dictionary of higher education terms published by the Swedish National Agency for Higher Education.
Norwegian
- Norsk-engelsk/engelsk-norsk terminologi – A short Norwegian-English/English Norwegian terminology list provided by the Norwegian Council for Higher Education.
Danish
- Dansk-Engelsk uddannelsesterminologi – Danish-English terminology list prepared by CIRIUS for the Danish Ministry of Education.
