The teacher recognition project produced a report on barriers to recognition, procedures in the recognition practice and cooperation within the Nordic countries.
The project sought to

The recognition process: Which principles and procedures are the guidelines in teacher recognition in each country?
The report puts forward a number of recommendations for dealing with barriers to recognition and for enhancing cooperation among the Nordic countries.
