On 25 May 25 2022, the Nordic ENIC/NARIC offices held a joint webinar on “The Lisbon Recognition Convention at 25: Past, Present and Future”.
The Lisbon Recognition Convention (LRC) celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2022. Ratified by more than 50 states, it is the main legal instrument for recognition of qualifications in Europe and aspires to promote fair recognition of academic qualifications.
At the webinar, key Nordic stakeholders considered the LRC in a historical perspective, examined how the LRC is used today and looked ahead to the LRC of the future.
