The ENIC-NARIC office has been re-organised into a division for Recognition and Admission, together with the Norwegian Universities and Colleges Admission Service. The Directorate also includes the Norwegian Assistance Centre for the recognition of professional qualifications (Directive 2005/36/EC).

Denmark: Annual report on recognition

DK-ENIC/NARIC publishes annual report on assessment and recognition of foreign qualifications.

In Denmark, demand for assessments of foreign qualifications has been stable in recent years, even in 2020 as a whole, despite a dip at the beginning of the corona pandemic. The Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science (DK-ENIC/NARIC) delivered 3,887 assessments during 2020.

That is one of the figures given in the annual report that the Minister for Education and Science has just sent to the Danish parliament, Folketinget.

The annual report provides statistics and describes developments in the field of recognition including the various services offered by the ENIC/NARIC office as well as credit transfer appeals and professional recognition for access to regulated professions.
